When you catch a cold at heart / Form a team
Catching a cold at heart is curable, but do not rush!
Coaching from Sub Zero — fighting against COVID-19 with Zoom / Autumn-Winter 2020–2021 / Week 3
This week’s class is a kind of milestone for me. Dai submitted his BA paper to the college, as a top runner among all departments. When I asked him to present his paper at the class, he said “Sensei, may I have a microphone?”; This makes me a good laugh, and could not stop crying with joy.
I know him already for 3.5 years. But in his freshman year, he caught a cold at his heart and took a half year off of college. After he returned to college, he joined my Zemi (laboratory). For a while after joining class, he was still not fully recovered from his cold. Luckily, we have Yori, a one-year senior to Dai at my Zemi. He had a personal history to quit a high school and re-entered to the on-line high school and entered this college. Yori is a great listener and knows the true heart of a weak person, as he was also one of them. After meeting Dai, Yori was so patient and kind (like Corinthian 13 of Bible) to keep listening to Dai. Taiga, Daichi also supported Yori to just listen to Dai.
