When my friends heard about “Intern”, most of my friends recall “The Internship” at Google or “The Intern” by Ann Hathaway and Robert De Niro. But this year, the situation is totally different.

Still, in the turmoil of COVID-19, my students in the Kyoto area can not even travel to Tokyo or other global cities to participate in the internship for recruiting after graduation. Also, some corporates are shrinking their recruiting activities for the year 2022.

Shiori is one of my loving apprentices, Okinawa origin and already like my daughter, and now working at All About Japan, as one of the top-notch sales-person already. Talked to Shiori about this situation, she kindly sent us an invitation to support her marketing activities through Zoom and Google Docs.

My role is to pick up the most effective team members among the junior in my class. This time;

Ayaka; One of the kick-starters of this project. Would like her to learn Shiori’s communication skill through this project.
