My SHUKATSU (job-hunting for undergraduates) Café through Zoom goes on, more than once a week. Getting into the further stage of the interview, the request from the students comes up to more detail on strategy and tactics.

At the application, most of the HR office of the corporate use AI for picking up remarkable students, the same as keywords pick-up at Google search, and I am teaching how picky words they should put into their applications.

After this process, the crucial part is an interview.

I always consider that interview is the presentation of your character and idea, hence ask the students to prepare simple but savvy comments how the students explain their story in the short; Yes, this has the same essence of “elevator statement” in the Silicon Valley.
