Coaching from Sub Zero — fighting against COVID-19 with Zoom / Summer 2020 / Week 5
During the BA paper exercise, I am asking different goal-setting to each student. The academic paper needs deeper research and the originality of their opinion, but the process to set up the thesis has variety.
Daiki’s theme is quite unique. “The company which keeps the employee longer, and The company which allows the employee to quit in a short time.”
For most of the friends in the Bay Area or highly innovative fields, it looks odd at this theme, but in Japan, especially at this turmoil of COVID-19, we observe that the labor market is dramatically changed and everyone would see the better assessment for their future.
I asked two Alumni to participate in a Zoom interview with Daiki after sending a questionnaire. Kanta and Kotaro (and his wife Kana-san) are so kind as to accept the offer and set the quality of time.
