Reopening from isolation, not only physically, by mindset

One year has passed from the previous visit to the Big Island in Hawaii, and 4 months from my previous my article at Medium. Now Enjoying sunshine here and fighting for fixing some issues (mainly pest control! Rat!!), I have new thesis for my country, for sure.
<New College program started and incremental innovation>
After 8 years spending in Kyoto, I started to teach management and liberal art at Yamanashi Gakuin University (called YGU (https://www.ygu.ac.jp/en/), 1.5 hours drive west from central Tokyo, near Mr. Fuji; Famous for athletics (desired to be more global), with gorgeous campus, polite students and friendly faculties). Tested a water for one month to find that my teaching method may work here as well, Thanks God. Moreover, commutable from my flat in Tokyo and this makes my passion to improve my teaching program to sparks, Implementing the destructive strategy by Prof. Clayton Christensen (https://youtu.be/tvos4nORf_Y).
I have a confession. During the COVID 19 days, I tried to connect my students to the world as much as I can through Zoom, but most of students decided to work locally. It is not a matter of skill setting, but indeed the mindset. The former students who have already 2–3 years career already stair up their own career in Tokyo or other area, and I always consider that I could do the same thing to the new graduates in Kyoto this year. This turns out that my life-time thesis would be “keeping their mindset open” at the classes.
<Pay back and Pay forward>
As stated, many times here, One of weapon is my students called Nakagawa Zemi. The eldest generation work already 3 years and I keep Zemi session called “Nakagawa Zemi matured version”. Fortunately, they kindly support me to help my new students at YGU. Kanta already helped me for interview of new Zemi, an internship at his work. Chuy and Kotaro help me at class through Zoom at my classes and set new project under them. This was challenging as I have changed collage to teach, but all Nakagawa Zemi member support my ambition.
